How do your prices compare to manufacturers/factories?

From multiple comparisons and feedback from customers, our prices are more competitive than those of manufacturers/factories.

How is your delivery time?
Generally, we can deliver regular machines to customers immediately within 7 days, because we have multiple resources to check the stock machines locally and nationwide, and receive the machines in time.
But for manufacturers/factories, it takes more than 30 days to produce the ordered machines.

How soon can you respond to customer inquiries?
Our team consists of a group of hardworking and energetic people, working around the clock to respond to customer inquiries and questions at any time.
Most issues can be resolved within 8 hours, while manufacturers/factories take longer to respond.

What payment terms can you accept?
Usually we can adopt T/T or L/C terms, and sometimes DP terms.
(1)Under T/T terms, a 30% deposit is required and the 70% balance should be settled before shipment or against a copy of the original bill of lading for long-term customers.
(2) Under L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable letter of credit with no "soft terms" from an internationally recognized bank is acceptable.
